"My experience participating in True North Missions was eye-opening. I loved every moment of it! The opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of the Mayan community, no matter how small, was incredibly gratifying. It's a humbling experience that makes you reevaluate what's truly important in life. Even though the people in these communities are very poor and lack all kinds of resources, the radiant smiles on their faces never seem to fade. I admire the True North team's commitment to this amazing cause and hope to continue contributing in any way I can from here on out. If anyone is thinking about signing up, it's worth it!"

- DR. ANA PAULA LUCAS

"Working in the medical field can be taxing. Trips with True North Missions allowed me to recharge, taking it back to the basics of taking care of a patient without charting or billing. Going back to the same villages year after year made me feel that we were really making a difference. The families would be lined up to see us which made the hikes worth every step."

- DR. ANN MARIE RAVINDRAN, MD, PEDIATRICIAN
